Hi,

This is the excel file i am trying to open in microsoft form

1. Sharing with you the screenshot with error message: "Download excel file failed. Please try again later."

2.) It has 83 questions with 1091 respondents.

Please help us.

Thanks for the screenshot.

To narrow down the problem, we need to confirm the following information with us.

1. Have you tried opening the form in other browsers? If in other browsers you can download the file, we suggest you clean the browser's cache.

2. You can try sharing this form to another user. Click Share > click Share to collaborate > choose Anyone with the link can view and edit, then copy the link to another user, check whether that user is able to download the Excel file.
